By now, the entire world knows that for three days on Rush Limbaugh’s four-hour- per-day-shows; Limbaugh actually had the unmitigated gall to label a 21 year-old young woman, a slut and a prostitute. We’ve all heard about how he rambled on relentlessly about what he referred to as her "...excessive sexual life and her exorbitant use of contraceptives,”—Limbaugh suggested that the reason taxpayers are being burdened with such high rates for contraceptive medications is because women like thisa young woman “...are having so much sex”—a statement which, in itself, is an outrageous absurdity! Unlike Limbaugh, sensible adults understand that women do not require a different contraceptive each time they have sex. ...Such ignorance!
Still, Limbaugh proceeded to make a ridiculous spectacle of the entire situation, simply because the young woman spoke out against recently proposed sexually discriminatory legislation against women.
To make matters even more repulsive, the world is utterly stunned at Limbaugh’s suggestion that the woman be required to post her sexual encounters on the Internet, so that he(and others) can watch it “....if [we’re] going to have to pay taxes for her contraceptives,” Limbaugh added.
Limbaugh is about 66 years old; the young woman is 21. Is this the epitome of the proverbial “...dirty old man mentality”? ...or what?
Not only was Limbaugh’s three-day, 12-hour tirade against this young woman an outrageous insult against her—and women in general; it revealed Limbaugh’s blatant ignorance of current contraceptive products and procedures.
This entire scenario brings several probing questions to mind—
When was the
last time Limbaugh had sex with a woman of reproductive age?
What kind of contraceptives has Limbaugh and his sexual partners been using?
Perhaps a
better question would be “Is Limbaugh familiar with sexual and reproductive
anatomy, products, and procedures?”
